We are committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and any behavior that endangers minors is strictly prohibited.

Users may not:

• Share, upload, or distribute any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors  
• Engage in grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication with minors  
• Misrepresent their age to interact with minors  
• Use the platform in any way that endangers or exploits children  

Any violation will result in immediate action, including account suspension or permanent removal.

We provide mechanisms for users to report harmful or suspicious behavior. When a report is submitted, we:

• Review the content and account promptly  
• Remove violating content immediately  
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations  
• Report confirmed cases of child exploitation to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable  

Our app is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We take steps to prevent underage users from accessing the platform.

We use a combination of:

• Automated systems to detect harmful content  
• User reporting tools  
• Manual review processes  

This helps us identify and act on violations quickly.

Users can:

• Report other users or content  
• Block accounts  
• Control their visibility and interactions

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and the answers you submit to daily questions. We also collect usage data, such as streaks, challenge completions, and interactions with other users.

We use your information to provide and improve the Entwyne service, generate AI-powered personality insights, send you daily reminders and notifications (if opted in), and communicate with you about your account and subscription.

Your question answers are analyzed by AI to generate personality profiles, type classifications, and personalized challenges. This data is stored on your profile and may be used to improve our AI models in anonymized form.

Entwyne is a social platform. Your display name, username, strengths, and personality types may be visible to users you are connected with. Your growth areas are private by default and never shared with other users.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate Entwyne, including Stripe (payment processing) and our AI infrastructure provider. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated personal data, answers, and profile information are permanently deleted from our systems.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Entwyne is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your profile information within the app or delete your account entirely through the Profile settings page.

Entwyne uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Entwyne after changes constitutes acceptance.
